Can issue interim orders
: (1) The Debt Recovery Tribunal shall not transfer, assign or sell any movable or immovable property owned or held by or entitled to a mortgage or mortgage secured by a person in connection with any case pending before it: If it is found that it is necessary to withhold the property based on the complaint of the party, an interim order can be issued in the name of the concerned office to withhold such property until another order is given.
