Rule 50
Interim order can be revoked, amended or modified

(1) If an interim order has been issued after a one-sided hearing or because he has not been given an opportunity to present his case, any respondent may file a petition demanding the cancellation of the interim order issued by the court.
(2) If there is an application to cancel the interim order according to sub-rule (1), the court may refer the other party and hear it.
(3) During the hearing in accordance with sub-rule (3), the court may, if deemed appropriate and necessary, cancel the previously issued interim order or amend or modify its terms.
