(1) Employees who wish to serve in international associations and organizations should inform the committee beforehand and initiate other related actions.
(2) If an employee who has given prior information as per sub-rule (1) applies to take leave and go to serve in an international association or organization, the committee shall deduct from the extraordinary leave he can get in accordance with rule 47 and later return to the Legislature-Parliament service and make him confess in the format as per Schedule-9. Permission will be granted to go to such service. However, if any employee does not come to work even after the expiry of such leave, departmental action will be taken against such employee as per confession.
