Rule 2
Definitions
Unless the subject or subject has another meaning in this regulation,-
(a) "Act" means the Legislature-Parliament Secretariat Act, 2064.
(b) "Authority" shall mean the Secretariat Steering and Management Committee as per Section 6 of the Act exercising the powers granted under the Act and this Regulation and the term shall also refer to the Secretary General in the case of gazetted employees.
(c) "Head of Department" means the Secretary General of the Legislature-Parliament.
