The Commission shall act under Section 12A of the Act. The following actions may be used as other necessary actions for the purpose of:-
(a) Filler,
(b) Not to be appointed to the post of public accountability for two years,
(c) not to work in such a position of responsibility for a maximum of two years,
(D) Not to be responsible for making financial and administrative decisions for two years (e) Prohibition to participate in foreign training, study, seminar for two years,
(f) Prohibition from doing any particular work for a period of two years,
(g) Other actions deemed appropriate by the commission.
