Rule 107
Not to obtain permanent residence permit of any other country
: ²(1) Armed police personnel shall not apply for permanent residence permit or to obtain such permit.
(2) Armed police personnel who have obtained a permanent residence permit of any other country before the commencement of this regulation shall inform the Vyhora Head Office of such permit within thirty days from the date of commencement of this regulation.
(3) The armed police personnel who have obtained a permanent residence permit according to sub-rule (2) shall give up such permit and inform the head office within sixty days from the date of commencement of this regulation.
(4) An employee who does not give information as per sub-rule (2) or does not renounce the permanent permit as per sub-rule (3) shall be punished as per sub-section (2) of clause (b) of rule 110.
