(1) Until Nepal official drug collection or related book comes into force, the level of medicine shall be according to any drug collection or book mentioned in schedule-1.

(2) Sub-rule ( 1) Regardless of what is written in the Nepal Official Medicines Collection or related texts, if the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, this regulation shall come into force throughout Nepal from 2046.5.26 (Nepal Gazette 2046.5.26 ) regarding the level of medicine, any medicine collection or treatise mentioned in Schedule-1 may be recognized.
