For providing electricity service, the licensee may collect other fees for the following services in addition to the electricity fee from the person providing such service in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 16 of the Act:-
(a) When connecting power lines,
(b) When moving the energy meter from one place to another,
(c) When cutting and re-connecting a power line once connected,
(d) When replacing the fuse inside the box containing the energy meter,
(e) When a new seal is applied to a broken seal,
(f) When naming a customer,
(g) When checking the energy measuring device,
(h) When providing the customer card.
