:- The work done by the warehouse, treasury and tehsil office or land administration office in accordance with other laws of Nepal in force immediately at the time of commencement of this Act. After that, it will be done by the customs office subject to section 4 and the work done by the head of the customs office, the head of the treasury and tehsil office or the land administrator will be done by the chief of the customs office and wherever such office or officer is mentioned in those laws, it will be considered as the mention of the customs office or the chief of the customs office.
