:- An appeal will be made to the district court on the decision made by the customs office in accordance with section 7, 8, 8b, 28, 29 and 30 of this act. However, according to section 7, the decision made by the customs office to raise questions related to the transfer of rights and have to be decided by the court will not be appealed to the district court.
