Preamble
- Since it is desirable to amend and unify the provisions related to Asul Tehsil of Malpot and to make some additional provisions regarding the settlement of land, this Act has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Birendra Bir Vikram Shahdev.
