: (1) The institute may periodically evaluate other training programs being conducted in the administration and management sectors of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Based on the assessment made as per sub-section (1), the establishment may amend or change its training program as needed and in the case of other training may suggest to the Government of Nepal through the council to make such amendment or change.
