: In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,-
(a) "Establishment" means the Nepal Administrative Training Institute as per section 3.
(b) "Council" means the Training Council (Governing Council) as per Section 7.
(c) "Committee" shall mean the Executive Committee as per Section 9.
(d) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director appointed as per sub-section (2) of Section 11.
(e) "Institution" shall mean an organized organization owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or any other organization owned or controlled by such an organization.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" shall mean prescribed or prescribed in the regulations made under this Act.
