(1) Apart from what is written in paragraph 2, other conditions and facilities of employees will be governed by Civil Service Act, 2049 and Civil Service Regulations, 2050.
(2) Sub-rule (1) Before making a decision regarding the provision of facilities to an employee, the WMOZIM Secretary shall make a decision only after collecting the records and documents that such an employee has not used such facility before.
(3) Sub-rule (2) Sub-rule (1) of Rule 6, Sub-rule (1) of Rule 6 will be the responsibility of providing relevant documents and details including personal records of the related employees while making the WMOZIM decision.
