In this regulation, if the subject or context does not imply otherwise: (a) "Employee" shall mean an employee holding a permanent post of the Group.
(b) "Ministry" means the Ministry of General Administration (c) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Wamojim sub-rule (2) of rule 5.
(d) "Group" means a group in accordance with Rule 3.
(e) "Act" means the Civil Service Act, 2049;
