7. Scrutiny of Records: (1) The Secretary shall conduct necessary scrutiny on the record form of the employee received as per rule 6.
(2) When examining the form in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Secretary may request the necessary documents and details to confirm the details mentioned in such form and it will be the responsibility of the related staff and the officer who verifies the form to provide the requested documents and details.
