Section 30

Accumulated leave while in other service

If a person in a constitutional position or in the permanent service of the Government of Nepal or an institution wholly owned by the Government of Nepal is appointed to the post of judge, the accumulated home leave or sick leave earned by him during his tenure in such position or service, he shall be entitled to this Act. It will be considered as if it has been earned and accumulated.
