Section 20
Leave

(1) A Judge shall be entitled to the following leaves:-

(a) holiday leave,

(b) festival leave,

( c) home leave,

(d) sick leave,

(e) holiday leave,

(f) special leave,

(h) Maternity care leave.

(2) The judge of the district court may also get study leave in addition to the leave mentioned in sub-section (1).
