: (1) Organizations that wish to provide orientation training to workers going for foreign employment must apply to the department for permission to conduct such orientation training.
(2) The department shall submit the application received in accordance with sub-section (1) to the board.
(3) Upon the necessary examination of the application received according to sub-section (2), if the infrastructure, manpower and other resources of the organization providing the orientation training are found to be sufficient, the board will send the applicant in writing to the department to grant a permit to conduct the orientation training for workers going to foreign employment.
(4) If written to grant a permit according to sub-section (3), the department shall issue a permit to conduct orientation training to the applicant after taking the prescribed bond and permit fee.
(5) The department shall renew the permit if the institution which is conducting training with permission at the time of commencement of this Act fulfills the criteria and conditions as per this section.
(6) Provisions related to the renewal of the permit given to the organization to conduct orientation training, renewal fee and cancellation of the permit shall be as prescribed.
