Section 121
Accused should be charged
(1) After the accused appears in the court, the court shall read out the charges against the accused, the details of the facts and the evidence submitted by the plaintiff to prove the charges, and the possible punishment if the charges are proved.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when reminding and explaining about the accusation and the possible punishment in that accusation, which accusation is based on which affidavit, evidence or document, including the punishment that may be in such indictment, the accused should see such affidavit, evidence or document or take a copy thereof. It should be given a chance.
