Rule 69
Additional matters to be disclosed in the charge sheet
(1) The accused who has been made a defendant in a case filed as a plaintiff and the government of Nepal designated to be considered by the Commercial Court shall be brought to court when the case is filed. If the accused cannot be produced with the charge sheet for any reason, the reason and the citizenship, passport, driver's license, recommendation of the local body or any other document confirming his/her nationality must be submitted along with the charge sheet.
(2) An indictment shall not be filed without a clear disclosure of the defendant's identity. However, in a case with more than one defendant, if someone's estate is clearly disclosed and someone's estate is not disclosed, the case will be registered in the case of the defendant whose estate has been disclosed, and the case will not be registered in the case of the defendant who has not disclosed the estate. will have to give
(3) A clear claim should be made regarding whether or not the goods filed with the indictment should be subject to technical evaluation and confiscation as per the requirement.
