Rule 70
Management of Tenant's Goods Submitted with Indictment

(1) If the nature of the property to be filed with the indictment in the court makes it impossible or difficult to file it in the court, or if there is lack of space in the court, the prosecutor will be responsible for managing such property.
(2) If the goods are not claimed to be confiscated in the indictment, the court may return such goods according to the rules, if the goods are returned before the end of the case.
(3) If the owner of the property does not come or does not go to take back the property within three months of the filing of the indictment, "or if the owner of the property is not identified or whether or not there is a claim for confiscation, the property or other property of such tenant, if kept there until the case is finally settled, rust, broken, If it is found that there is a loss due to rotten street or any other restrictions, the registrar should auction such goods according to the prevailing law.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), the amount obtained through auction sale shall be deposited in the bail account of the court as determined when the case is over.
(5) According to sub-rule (3), if the goods sold by auction are to be registered in the name of the person conducting the auction, it should be sent in writing to the relevant body.
(6) If there is any doubt as to the management of the goods submitted as a slave or other goods submitted with the case in cases other than what is written in this rule, it shall be done according to the order submitted in the relevant court.
