Rule 24
<br> to send in writing to keep records
In case of alerting a person holding a public office by the Commission, the records thereof shall be sent in writing to be kept in the following office:-
(a) In the case of political appointees in the Cabinet Secretariat,
(b) Where the concerned authority in case of employees,
(c) In the case of persons other than those mentioned in clauses (a) and (b), where are the officials designated by the commission.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), it shall be the duty of the concerned officer to keep the records updated in writing.
