Section 16
Records should be organized

(1) It shall be the duty of the registering body to preserve the records related to the purpose administration including industry registration, renewal, name change, name change, transfer, capacity increase, capital increase, purpose addition or change or industry termination.
(2) A person who owns a purpose or such purpose may submit an application to the industry registration body in the prescribed format if documents or records are required as per sub-section (1) of the industry related to him.
(3) If an application is received as per sub-section (2), the industry registration body shall take the prescribed fee and provide the documents or records in the department with verification.
(4) In the event that the records in the industry registration body are destroyed or cannot be found due to any reason, the industry registration body shall provide a copy as per sub-section (3) by maintaining the records based on the documents or records in other government agencies concerned and other documents submitted by the related industry. can
(5) After the industry registration body has issued a copy in accordance with sub-section (4), if the details related to the records of that industry prove otherwise, the industry registration body may decide to cancel such copy.
(6) Documents or records relating to an industry held by an industry registration body shall not be made available to anyone other than the relevant industry or a person having ownership in such industry. However, in case of a request from any court, government office or agency in the course of investigation or government work, it shall not be considered as a hindrance to provide records to such court, government office or agency.
(7) The industry registration body shall store the records, documents or any other information related to the industry in electronic form. Such electronic records can be shared electronically with other government agencies by creating a procedure.
