Rule 76
Extraordinary family pension and gratuity
: (1) If an armed police officer becomes unwell while performing his duties or undergoing training or dies immediately due to an accident or injury, or dies without recovery due to the same, irrespective of the number of years of his service. Among the members of the family, as per sub-rule (5) of Rule 74, half of the salary received by such armed police personnel will be given extraordinary family allowance and extraordinary family gratuity as follows:-
(a) In case of death before completion of ten years of service, an amount equal to six months' salary received by him,
(b) In case of death after completing ten years to twenty years of service, an amount equal to nine months' salary received by him,
(c) In case of death after completing any period of service exceeding twenty years, an amount equal to one year's salary earned by him. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), any armed police officer who is engaged in the action of an armed group or any other armed encounter or attack or explosion or action against an armed group or any other similar group shall recover immediately or for the same from any accidental accident. Otherwise, in case of death, the deceased armed police officer will be posthumously promoted to a higher post and the full salary according to the same post will be given to his family for a maximum period of seven years, not exceeding the retirement age of such armed police officer. In this way, after the period of receiving full salary, if the service period of the deceased armed police personnel is less than the retirement period, the same as the period of retirement and if it is more than the pension period, the family of the deceased armed police personnel will receive pension accordingly.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if the family of the armed police personnel is receiving salary, if there is an increase in the salary of the current armed police personnel, the salary of the family of the armed police personnel shall also be increased accordingly.It will be slow.
(4) In accordance with this rule, extraordinary family pension and gratuity shall be given to the husband or wife, father, mother of the deceased armed police personnel for life, and in the case of son or daughter, they will be entitled to the age of twenty-one years or to the date of marriage or entry into government service, whichever is earlier.
(5) On the basis of the joint report of the concerned chief district officer and the head of the concerned armed police office, in the case where information is received that a murder has been committed from the road or from the place of work while being deployed or while on duty, while on the way or while doing other work, but the body has not been found, such armed police personnel The family will be given facilities as per sub-rule (2).
(6) If the husband or wife of an immortal armed police officer dies while enjoying the family pension, the family pension received by him, if he has sons and daughters, all the sons and daughters who have sons and daughters, all of them will be divided by marriage until they reach the age of twenty-one years, and after one reaches the age of twenty-one years, he The pension received will gradually be added to the subsequent brothers/sisters.
