Rule 29
<br> who can enforce a code of conduct
The Ministry may create and implement a code of conduct to be followed by licensed boat travel professionals, river guides and tourists in connection with boat trips.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned licensed cruise operators, river guides and tourists to follow the code of conduct implemented as per sub-rule (1).
