Rule 13
Disqualification
The following persons shall not be eligible for River Guide Permit –
(a) Convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(b) suffering from any mental or communicable disease,
(c) River guides have not received training from an organization recognized by the Government of Nepal (d) River Guide's license has been revoked and payment has not been made for a period of three years.
