Rule 80
:<br> who can give orders and instructions
The Authority, subject to the Non-Military Air Flight Act, the Authority Act and other prevailing Acts and this regulation, may issue necessary orders and instructions to the relevant agencies, organizations and individuals to make them comply with the Annexes and Manuals.
(2) When giving orders and instructions according to sub-rule (1), the following may be given in particular. (a) in relation to the registration and marking of aircraft,
(b) in respect of inspection and certification of aircraft,
(c) Regarding the equipment and other material things to be installed in the airport and aircraft,
(d) Crew, aircraft maintenance and air traffic controller personal license holders in relation to work to be done by them,
(e) in relation to visual and instrument flight operations,
(f) in relation to the establishment and operation of air traffic control, flight information and alert services,
(g) Regarding the adoption of prescribed security arrangements,
(h) In relation to providing information regarding aircraft incidents and accidents, conducting technical investigations and providing related information,
(i) In relation to the transmission of information related to weather in air flight operations,
(j) In relation to providing information regarding air traffic controllers and air navigation systems,
(k) regarding the installation of standard communication equipment in air navigation and prescribing the procedure for operating such equipment,
(l) Regarding the collection and transmission of information related to the flight and operation of aircraft,
(d) regarding the enhancement of air security,
(d) Regarding maintaining a sustainable and clean environment,
(n) regarding construction of dumping site,
(p) In relation to enhancing flight safety,
(h) Regarding the enhancement of airport facilities,
(d) regarding the preservation of aircraft and parts for investigation of aircraft incidents and accidents,
(d) regarding the implementation of recommendations of safety audits related to flight safety,
(N) Regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the aircraft incident and accident investigation report.
(c) In relation to other subjects mentioned in this regulation.
