(1) In the case of an inspection by an authorized officer according to section 28 or in any other case, the committee may issue necessary orders and instructions to health institutions and individual licensed physicians regarding the operation of organ transplant activities.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the committee, while giving orders and instructions, shall give particulars on the following matters:-
(a) According to the principles of medical science, regarding the technical issues that should be adopted while transplanting organs.
(b) In relation to the physical resources and manpower required for organ transplantation.
(c) Regarding the safe keeping of the organs removed from the human body for organ transplantation by adopting scientific techniques and methods.
(d) Regarding the minimum safety measures to be adopted during organ transplantation.
(e) Regarding the transmission of technical information related to organ transplantation.
(3) According to sub-section (2) it shall be the duty and responsibility of the concerned health institutions and individual licensed physicians to comply with the orders and instructions given by the committee.
