Provision of Candidacy in Promotion Examination through Internal Competition
(1) According to the advertisement published in accordance with Rule 80, for the promotion through internal competitive examination, the employees of the service who are to be promoted to the vacant position of the service group or sub-group, in the position one level below the vacant position, the service period as per Section 26 of the Act and the educational qualification as specified in Schedule-7 Can be a candidate.
