Rule 3
Affiliation
: (1) A family consisting of up to five members shall be treated as one unit for participating in the programme.
(2) Any: If there are more than five members in the family, as many members as possible can join the program by paying the contribution amount per person as per Schedule-1.
(3) According to the prevailing law, five members of the family of a person who is considered to be a national servant shall be affiliated to the program by the office in which he is working. (4) In the case of an establishment, the establishment shall join the program in such a way that there will be one unit per worker and five members of the employee's family.
(5) All dependents in old age homes, orphanages, reform homes, conservation homes and other institutions should be treated as family units and enrolled in the program on the same basis.
(6) Notwithstanding anything else mentioned in this rule, every senior citizen who has attained the age of seventy years shall be considered as one unit and joined in the program.
