3. Form of Ayurveda Medical Services
The form of Ayurveda medical science is based on the Doshadushya theory, specific medical techniques, and the use of available local herbs, minerals and herbal substances. Ayurveda medicine will be systematically developed as a unique medical system of the country.
3.1 The current organization of the Ayurveda Department will be improved and the operation of various branches will be strengthened. Coordinating procedures will be adopted with other departments and units under the Ministry of Health. The department will coordinate the activities of governmental and non-governmental national and international organizations related to Ayurveda medical services, education, research and drug manufacturing. Units will also be established under the department to develop and expand the services of natural medicine, homeopathy and other alternative medicine methods. Departments will be established and operated. This hospital will be operated under the Development Committee. 3.3 Principle by the Government of Nepal: The principle of giving autonomy to the current Sinha Darbar Vaidyakhana and commercializing it in accordance with the policy of streamlining and making the Ayurveda medicine production and supply system efficient and also promoting the export of international quality medicines will help the national economy. 3.4 The currently operated 15-bed Ayurveda Hospital Dang will be converted into a Midwestern Regional Ayurveda Hospital and will be operated as a special service hospital with the necessary manpower and medicine manufacturing branch and the construction of necessary buildings under construction will be completed.
3.5 In the remaining 4 development areas, regional hospitals will be established and operated with 1/1 pharmaceutical factories with 15 beds.
3.6 Supervision of technical and administrative functions of Ayurveda dispensaries., effective monitoring, evaluation and dispatch system for the production, collection, preservation, and distribution of herbs available at the local level, as well as strengthening the existing district Ayurveda health centers for their greater utilization in Ayurveda medicine and remaining at the head of the district with the necessary manpower and equipment 1÷1 District Ayurveda Health Center will be established. 3.7 Ayurveda dispensaries that are currently operating should be equipped with equipment, in addition to the medicines sent from the Government of Nepal, the locally available herbs should be produced, preserved, promoted, and used in technology and medicine.
