(1) The Commission shall be a self-governing and organized body with uninterrupted succession.
(2) The Commission shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its operations.
(3) The Commission may acquire, use, sell or otherwise manage movable and immovable property as well as persons.
(4) The Commission may file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and may file a complaint against the Commission in the same name.
(5) The Commission may enter into contracts with individuals and exercise rights and obligations under contracts.
