Section 4
Jurisdiction of the Commission
If any person holding a public office abuses his authority, the Commission will investigate and investigate, prosecute and take other related actions in accordance with this Act or other prevailing laws. But,
(a) It shall be as per what is written in the restrictive phrase of clause (1) of Article 239 of the Constitution.
(b) In relation to any action or decision taken in a meeting of the Legislature-Parliament or a committee or any act spoken or done by any member in such a meeting or any policy decision taken collectively by the Council of Ministers or any of its committees and any judicial action of the court, the Commission under this Act shall investigate and No investigation or any related action will be taken.
