(1) Commission meeting will be held at least once a month.
(2) The meeting of the commission will be held on the date and time specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.
(4) The meeting of the commission shall be presided over by the chairman, in his absence by the vice chairman and in the absence of both the chairman and the vice chairman by the senior member of the commission.
(5) In the meeting of the Commission, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the Commission shall be verified by the Secretary.
(7) The Commission may invite any expert or honorary member to participate in its meeting as an observer as needed.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
