(1) There shall be one officer of special rank of Nepal Justice Service in the Commission to act as the Secretary of the Commission.
(2) The work, duties and powers of the Secretary shall be as follows:-
(a) to act as the Administrative Head of the Commission,
(b) To organize the administrative work of the Commission,
(c) To do the work that should be done as a departmental head according to the prevailing law,
(d) Convening the meeting of the Commission under the direction of the Chairman,
(e) To implement the decision of the commission.
