In this Act, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Commission" shall mean the Nepal Law Commission established under Section 3.
(b) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Commission.
(c) "Vice-Chairman" means the Vice-Chairman of the Commission.
(d) "Member" means a member of the Commission and the term also refers to the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Honorary Member and Member-Secretary.
(e) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Commission.
