Section 39
Dissolution of the Commission

(1) If the Commission completes its work in accordance with this Act or if the term of office of the Commission expires in accordance with Section 38, the Commission shall be dissolved.
(2) If the commission is dissolved according to sub-section (1), the assets and liabilities in the name of the commission will be transferred to the Ministry.
(3) If the commission is dissolved according to sub-section (1), the commission shall submit the records under its charge to the ministry.
