When investigating the report submitted in accordance with Rule 18 or the handling of the information provided in accordance with Rule 20, if it is found that there is a serious error in the project and if the work of the project is continued without correcting such error, it is found that the faulty work cannot be corrected or discovered later, or the lifespan or quality of the project will decrease or public harm will occur. If there is a loss, the center can take the feedback of the concerned project head and send it to the secretary of the relevant ministry or the head of the central agency, including the report received to prevent such faulty parts.
(2) If written in accordance with sub-rule (1), the secretary of the relevant ministry or the head of the central body shall conduct further investigation as soon as possible and make the necessary decision on the issue of whether such erroneous action should be stopped and inform the center of the matter.
