Section 3
Amendment to the Essential Commodities Protection Act, 2012
of the Essential Commodities Protection Act, 2012,–
(1) The words "District Administration Office" have been substituted for the words "Commissioner's Office" in the restrictive phrase of Section 3.
(2) in section 6, for the words “of the Imperial Army”, the words “of the Nepali Army” and for the words “of the Reserve, Garrison or other such authorized body of troops raised by His Majesty for special purposes” shall be substituted for the words “of the Reserve and Garrison”. The words are kept.
