According to the Act and this regulation, when preparing the plot list or land owner registration list, if the person's name, surname, nationality, age, three generations, lot number, area or type of land are different, if the application is made for correction, the survey officer shall check the necessary matters and make the list. It will have to be arranged.
(2) In the case of checking the measurement, if it is found that the actual position of the land and the map are due to technical errors, the surveying officer can correct such matter with the consent of the department. However, in the case of land connected with government or public land, the recommendation of the committee as per Rule 11 should also be made while improving in this way.
