(1) Government houses will be provided by the Government of Nepal for housing the Chief Justice and Judges. >

(3) If there is no provision of a government house according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal will provide a suitable house with guard house and private secretariat on rent to the Chief Justice.

(4) Schedule for judges who do not have their own house in Kathmandu The amount mentioned in -1 will be given for housing facilities.

(5) According to sub-section (1) or (3) the housing provided by the Government of Nepal and suitable furniture for the private secretariat of the Chief Justice will be provided by the Government of Nepal. /p>

(6) The amount mentioned in schedule-1 will be given to the judge who lives in his own house for maintenance and repair. The amount will be given for the repair and maintenance of the house.

(8) The facilities to be obtained according to this section shall be given to the chief justice and the judge for seven days from the date of expiry of their term of office.
