Section 3

Remuneration

(1) The chief justice and judges shall also receive the remuneration and allowances mentioned in Schedule-1.

(2) The chief justice or judges shall also receive the same as mentioned in Schedule-1. 2) If he retires from the position under any other circumstances except as mentioned above, he will be given an amount equal to one month's salary as an additional benefit.
