(1) Twelve thousand one hundred and fifty rupees and eleven thousand rupees respectively for house rent to the chief information commissioner and information commissioner who do not have a house in their own name or in the name of any member of their family within the Kathmandu valley. Four hundred rupees will be given.
(2) Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioner who have their homes in Kathmandu Valley will be paid one thousand five hundred rupees and one thousand two hundred rupees per month respectively for house cleaning and maintenance.
(3) Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioner will each be paid one thousand five hundred rupees per month for telephone, electricity and water facilities.
