In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Act" means the Right to Information Act, 2064 (a1) "complaint" means sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Act, sub-section of section 29
(4) or rule 5A. It should be remembered that the complaint filed with the commission.
(a2) "application" means sub-section (3) of section 27 and sub-section of section 33
of the Act; According to (1), it should be considered as an application submitted to the Commission.
(A3) "Committee" means the Committee on Classification of Information as per sub-section (1) of section 27 of the Act.
(b) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Commission appointed under Rule 20.
