(1) The Chief Information Commissioner and the Information Commissioner shall be entitled to six days holiday and six days festival leave with pay every year.
(2) The Chief Information Commissioner and the Information Commissioner shall be entitled to take home leave with pay not exceeding thirty days every year.
(3) The Chief Information Commissioner and the Information Commissioner shall be entitled to twelve days sick leave with pay every year.
(4) The Chief Information Commissioner and the Information Commissioner may accumulate home leave and sick leave, and if any person does not hold his position, he shall be entitled to receive a lump-sum payment for his accumulated home leave and sick leave at the rate of wages earned by him.
(5) The Chief Information Commissioner and the Information Commissioner, if they have to stay in Kiriya, will get Kiriya leave with pay up to fifteen days at most, depending on their family status.
(6) If a female chief information commissioner or a female information commissioner is pregnant, she will get a maximum of sixty days maternity leave with pay once before and after delivery.
