Rule 4
Time of sitting
(1) The sitting shall be held after half an hour after the commencement of the working hours of the court.
(2) The Chief Justice may set a maximum of one hour between the working hours of the court for a break without the work of the bench.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (4) of Rule 3, the Chief Justice may set the time for sittings outside the working hours of the court and even on days when the court is closed.
(4) In accordance with sub-rule (3), if extra time is prescribed for the sitting of the court, provision can be made for an additional allowance for the period of such work.
