(1) In any of the following cases, the designated authority may revoke the license of a pathfinder:-(a) If he is found guilty of a criminal charge involving moral turpitude and sentenced to imprisonment,
(b) In case of disqualification according to Clause (b) of Section 40, (c) In case of any violation of Section 43. (2) Before revoking the license of any road demonstrator in accordance with sub-section (1), he shall be given an opportunity to submit his explanation and In this way, a period of at least fifteen days should be given.
