(1) The license obtained by the certifying body shall be renewed every year.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the certifying body that wishes to renew the license shall submit an application to the controller at least two months before the expiry of the renewal period of the license in the prescribed format, attaching the prescribed renewal fee.
(3) If there is an application for renewal according to sub-section (2), the controller shall complete the prescribed process and make a decision one month before the expiry of the renewal period of the license.
(4) When the controller decides not to renew the license, the applicant shall be given a reasonable opportunity to present his views in this regard.
