If the licensing authority finds that a person has committed any of the following acts, he may deny such person a license for a maximum period of three years:-
< p>(a) making unauthorized additions or tampering with the documents required to obtain a license,(b) giving a bribe to the license issuing officer or any employee of his office,
(c) Exporting or importing specified goods without obtaining a license,
(d) Submitting any false document while applying to the office of the Director General for obtaining a license,
(e) Issuing a license Submitted by the same person under different names in defiance of the authorities, (f) punished according to the law for violating these rules, (g) stolen export or smuggling, black market or any foreign regulations. Having been punished according to the prevailing law for committing an offence,
(h) Nepal ……. The goods imported for have been taken or sold to other countries, (i) the actual value has been shown to decrease or increase in the invoice when the specified goods are imported and exported.
